Advanced Sport Taekwondo
Take your taekwondo skills to the next level with our Advanced Sport Taekwondo classes at Pruter’s Taekwondo. Our program is designed to prepare you for the AAU National Championships and beyond with advanced Olympic taekwondo drills that focus on agility, speed, conditioning, flexibility, footwork, power, strategy, and strength.
At our organization, we take pride in our exceptional athletes who have achieved remarkable success at both national and international competitions. We are proud to have produced members of the Senior National Team, Junior National Team, and Collegiate National Team. Our past athletes have earned titles as US Open Champion, US Open Medalists, International Open Medalists, National Champions, National Medalists, Collegiate Medalists, and State Champions.
